A Pensacola repair shop built on one principle: fix it right, price it fairly, and treat you like you matter.
The Tech Handyman is a trusted Apple-focused repair shop in Pensacola, FL, led by owner Ryan Galvan, a UWF alumnus and Pensacola local. When you walk in, you're dealing with a local team that repairs devices every single day, not a chain and not a call center.
We've been repairing iPhones, Macs, iPads, and Apple Watches for 15 years. That's thousands of repairs, thousands of customers, and a lot of very cracked iPhone screens. We've seen pretty much everything.
A lot of that goodwill is written down: our Google reviews are full of Pensacola locals who've trusted us for years, some for a decade or more, coming back for the next repair and sending their friends. (We recently started a fresh Google profile, so the review count is new even though the relationships aren't.)
Ryan started The Tech Handyman because he was tired of seeing people get overcharged by big chains for repairs that should cost half as much, or getting their devices shipped off to some depot for two weeks when a local shop could fix it in an hour.
Walk in. We'll look at your device, tell you what's wrong, quote you a price, and you decide. No pressure. No upselling. No jargon, and if it's not worth fixing, we'll tell you that too. Just honest work.

Have a question? Just call. Our team answers, and you'll get a straight answer.
Mon–Fri 10am–6pm
We tell you the price before we touch your device. If you don't like the number, you walk, no charge for the diagnosis.
If you come in with a cracked screen, we fix the cracked screen. We don't try to talk you into services you didn't ask for.
If your device isn't fixable or isn't worth fixing, we tell you. Better you know than waste money chasing a dead device.
A local veteran came in during a tough financial stretch. He does CAD drafting for a living, but his aging PC had failed, and the specialized software he relied on only ran inside an even older Windows XP setup that had stopped working. Without that machine, he couldn't earn.
We upgraded his computer so it ran reliably again and restored the virtual machine so he could reach his old CAD software and get back to paying work. He told us he'd been dreaming about it all weekend. That's the kind of job that makes this work worth it.
